Chickpeas: Russia competes with Canada

NEW DELHI/OTTAWA. In India, the focus is on the new sowing, while Canada wants to expand the area under cultivation in 2024. Russia is also increasingly on the agenda, although the quality of the goods plays a decisive role here.

Massive yield increase in Russia

After stagnating last week, Indian chickpea prices have managed to climb by a moderate USD 10/mt this time.
